Argentinean striker Emanuel Villa began his career with Huracan before spells with Atletico Rafaela, Rosario Central, Atlas and UAG Tecos, with whom he impressed in the 2007 Clausura tournament. He caught the eye of Derby County scouts and moved to Pride Park in January 2008 for £2m.
