Stephen Jordan

Stephen Jordan joined Burnley on a free transfer after spending his early career with Manchester City. A graduate of the productive City Academy, he made his full debut in 2003 but couldn't force his way into the first team on a regular basis, leading to a loan spell with Cambridge United.

The following seasons were spent battling unsuccessfully for a permanent place in the City side, until his eventual exit in the Summer of 2008. A left-back by trade, Jordan will need to usurp the impressive Christian Kalvenes if he is to be guaranteed first team football.
