Nicky Hunt
Position: Defence
Height: 6'3
Weight: 11st 0lbs
Date of Birth: 1983-09-03 Bolton, England

Nicky Hunt made his Bolton Wanderers debut at the tender age of 17, deputising for Colin Hendry in the final game of the season against Sheffield United in 2000/01.
The young defender started his career at Bolton with the youth academy, quickly rising to attention after signing professional terms. He's a regular in the reserves and has been handed a first team squad number relatively quickly.
He did not make any first team appearances in 2001/02 but made two appearnces in the FA Cup the following season. His Premiership debut came on the opening day of the 2003/04 campaign and went on to feature in almost every game.
The 2004/05 season saw this success continue as he made 34 appearances in a strong Bolton defence. Only an injury which prematurely ended his campaign in April spoilt a successful season for this talented England U21 star.
He recovered from that set-back, however, to return to action in 05/06, playing a further twenty-five games. That stat was upped to 36 in 06/07 and he is now a vital part of the Bolton side.
