Keith Fahey

Keith Fahey joined Birmingham City from Irish side St Patrick's Athletic FC in January 2009.

The Irishman had a brief spell with Aston Villa as a youngster, but failed to settle in England and returned to Ireland.

Following his move to St Andrews, Fahey set about securing a regular starting spot in Alex McLeish's promotion chasing side and made 19 league appearances, scoring four goals in an impressive start for the club.

Fahey scored one of the goals in the 2-1 win over Reading which earned City promotion and he will relish the chance to show what he can do at the highest level in the 2009/10 season.
