How do I unsubscribe from emails?

To unsubscribe from emails, go to the edit profile page and remove the tick 'I would like Carling to send me interesting news/offers by: Email' box. It may take a couple of days for this to take effect.

I would like to change my contact details.

Then go to the edit contact details page!

The forgotten password form says "Sorry, there is no user registered under this address."

Have you definitely entered your email address correctly? If so, is it possible you signed up under a different email address, or recently changed your email address? If not, send some of the details you entered (e.g. first name, last name, post code) to us and we'll try to locate your account for you.

When I log in, I keep getting logged straight back out. What's going on?
