How can I buy backstage passes or VIP passes for a gig?

Backstage and VIP passes are purely for staff and artists working at the events. Occasionally Carling will run competitions to win VIP passes, but they are not for general sale.

How do I find out what time the band will be on stage and also what bands will be supporting them?

For full stage times and support band information, please contact the venue directly on the day of the event.

I am a journalist or photographer – how can I get press passes or photo-passes for a gig?

Please contact the PR company working on the artist/event or the artist’s record label.

I bought tickets for a gig and the band have cancelled - what do I do with my tickets?

For a full refund or details of a possible rescheduled date please contact the ticket agency you bought the tickets through or contact your point of purchase (eg. venue box office).

I can't find information about the Academy venues?

What are the age restrictions at gigs?

Age restrictions are stated when you buy tickets from ticket agencies as they vary with each venue and event - if in doubt please call the ticket agency or venue for confirmation.
