- Users can vote for their favourite entry each round by clicking the ‘Vote’ button on the entry in the gallery. Users are only allowed to vote once for one image per round.
- The 10 moments with the most votes will be chosen every two weeks between Friday 9th December 2011 and Friday 3rd February 2012 as follows: 9th December 2011, 23rd December 2011, 6th January 2012, 20th January 2012, 3rd February 2012. If multiple entries are tied on a number of votes, that would qualify them for a top ten position, then winners will be chosen in a random draw.
- The closing time for each round is 12noon GMT on the days stated above.
- These 10 entrants will each win a case of Carling (24x500ml or 24x440ml cans of Carling depending on availability) delivered to the winner's home address. The two moments, from these 10, with the most votes will be the overall round winners from that fortnight and will be posted two standard tickets to the Carling Cup final approx. two weeks before the final is played on 26th February 2012. Only one set of Carling Cup final tickets and one case of Carling can be won per person or per household or per carling.com account.
- These winning moments will also be displayed on the ‘Wall of Fame’.
- There are no neutral areas in Wembley stadium on Carling Cup final day. Ticket winners will need to specify which group of supporters they would like to sit with. Molson Coors will contact the winners to confirm this information when the Carling Cup finalist teams are decided - after January 25th.
- On 3rd February 2012, five entries will be picked at random from all competition entries published to the gallery. These entries will win a pair of standard Carling Cup final tickets posted approx. two weeks before the final is played on 26th February 2012.
- These winning moments will also be displayed on the ‘Wall of Fame’.
- All winning entries will be reviewed by the Carling judging panel, including an independent judge, after 03/02/2012. The judging panel will select their favourite entry, subject to the Portman Group Digital Marketing Guidelines, which will win the grand prize of their moment being displayed on the big screens and in the matchday programme at the Carling Cup final. The winner will also be presented with a trophy at the side of the Wembley pitch on Carling Cup final day.
- Judging Criteria: Your ‘That’s Brilliant’ entries must be original and consist of all your own experiences. Our judges are looking for entries that are surprising and imaginative, funny, big or bold. However, entries that include inappropriate or offensive content, including content which might breach areas of the Portman Group Code or represent dangerous or distasteful behaviour will not be accepted into the That’s Brilliant competition.
- The round prize winners and the prize draw winner will be contacted via email or telephone by 5pm on the closing date. The grand prize winner will be contacted by 17th February 2012. Winners must respond to notification of their prize(s) within 24 hours otherwise the right to claim the prize will be lost and the promoter reserves the right to re-award the prize(s). The Promoter may re-award event ticket prizes if winners are subject to an order preventing their attendance at public events. The winner and their guest are responsible for their own travel arrangements to and from the match. Under the Criminal Justice and Public Order Bill it is an offence under Section 166 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994, for an unauthorised person to sell, re-sell or offer or expose for sale, tickets without the prior permission of The Football League. Tickets must also not be used to form part of any form of package nor should they be linked in any way to the purchasing of any other service or product. Tickets should also not be used to form the basis of a revenue raising exercise. Any contravention of this policy will lead to a withdrawal of any future ticket allocation.
- The 8 runners up moments, from each fortnight, will all be entered back into the competition and will be allowed to have their moment voted for again. They will therefore get another chance to win a pair of tickets to the Carling Cup final, however, they cannot win another case of Carling.
- The winners’ names will be available from Carling.com Carling Cup That’s Brilliant Competition - Molson Coors Brewing Company (UK) Limited, 137 High Street, Burton On Trent, Staffordshire, DE14 1JZ for 28 days after the closing dates.
