As with all branches of The Slug and Lettuce, the main target audience is young professionals with a reasonably sized disposable income. So how do they manage to get them to part with their money? Well, firstly they provide a relaxing, stylish atmosphere with large armchairs, pleasant colour schemes and contemporary designs such as a copper and zinc bar. Secondly they offer decent food at reasonable prices which ranges from several different salads through to salmon fillets, and a lot of the dishes are designed for sharing. Overall it's a great place to come and relax.
