The Brasserie follows in its sister venue's footsteps with a modern, yet classic approach to design and dining. Akin to its counterpart in Wilmslow, black and white photography adorns the neutral walls, while furniture is dark wood. Great music and food make this an enjoyable place to be in the evenings, while a substantial drinks list caters for all. An interesting array of sandwiches and light bites on offer during the day, with larger mains also available. A more varied menu is on offer in the evenings.
