Pizza Express is a family-friendly Italian restaurant situated in the town centre and is busy most of the time. If you're after a venue for a romantic meal, the calm atmosphere is perfect. The menu is great for children and the selection of wines is ample if you want a drink or two with your meal. A warning for those who are particular about a quiet environment all-round, that one of the town's busiest young people's pubs is a couple of doors down, and the general locale seems to get rather noisy at the weekend.
