The former Circuit Bar has been revamped by the brewery into a food-led operation with a bistro atmosphere/ethos now call The Saracen's Head. This venue probably changed operational style because of the glut of other party bars, so now hosts an older more food-led crowd than it's previous guise. There is a central bar with drinks-only seating in the front window whereas to the rear are abundant tables for the more formal dining experience. The bistro menu offers an ever-changing range of dishes with the likes of - classic beef lasagne, crispy fisherman's platter, steak and ale pie, etc...
