Venue 1 / Basement is the relaunch of Xclusiv, but is still a mainstream club which claims to offer drinks at pub prices. The venue has had a lick of paint and some new furnishings over the last year which has made it a little more contemporary, with a good sound system and funky lighting. While The Frontier will always remain Batley's most famous club, this has been around for some years and manages to attract a younger crowd of more serious clubbers and those that want a change from the Batley norm are found here at weekends.
