Part of the large Pizza Express chain offering Italian food at reasonable prices. It is a traditional venue with blue mosaic floors, wooden tables and a light and airy feel created by the large window overlooking the street. Being situated close to the Theatre Royal it gets a lot of pre-theatre covers as well as tourists and shoppers. Pizza naturally dominate the menu, but they also offer alternative pasta and salad choices, and offer a takeaway service. The venue is often used in the daytime for coffee and desserts, with the pavement seating popular whenever the weather is willing.
