Dexter's possesses a rather modern interior. It is composed of substantial window frontage which helps illuminate the stylish wooden furnishings, leather boothes, stripped floorboards and neutral shades. The bar area also lines one half of the interior. The menu is large and comprises of a number of snacks, light meals and main course dishes which are based on American cuisine. This includes a range of salads, brunches and desserts as well as more substantial options in the form of burgers, steaks and grilled meats and fish.
