The Lounge is the newest addition to Barrow in Furness's drinking scene. Located on Duke Street, it offers good value drinks in stylish surroundings which has quickly made it one of the most popular bars to visit in Barrow. At the weekend The Lounge opens until 02:00hrs and DJs play a mix of chart and R&B to the crowds which pack in every inch of the place. At present no food is offered during the day, but the new management is looking to change this as soon as possible.
