By day Tempo is a typical, if not more upmarket, licensed eatery hosting diners from the council offices opposite. At night it becomes a loud party venue attracting dressy young revellers who can stay late several nights of the week. The large open plan ground floor has floor to ceiling glass overlooking an area of leather loungers and a sizable chrome bar traversed across marble effect tiles. There's a wooden dancefloor under a DJ pulpit and large video screen that shows MTV during the day. The key feature though is the interior wall of flowing water.
