In the basement to Tempo is the club Oxygen, that has set out to offer a more diverse soundtrack and promotion than much of the very mainstream competition by offering urban and student nights. Oxygen has promotions and tie-ins with Hallam University and is trying to attract a customer base by appealing to a crowd less 'townie' than most of the competition. Dark, compact and minimal sums up the spartan interior; for that being said your here to enjoy the sounds and ambience, not judge the decor.
