Walkabout Inn - "the awesome spirit of Australia" - Derby's biggest hybrid party haven, bang on the centre of the circuit and with an appeal to all ethos, whether the customers are hungry shoppers in the day, students and sports fans early week, or weekend stag/ hen and party people trawling the usual bar crawl. With the usual plethora of Australian and sports paraphernalia (surfboards hang from the ceiling, etc) this venue matches the rest of the chain. There's a giant stage area for bands, or customers to dance on, and an attractive brazier heated beer garden - and it's late licensed!
