Saddlers used to be one of the key pre-club bars in Derby and it still operates with booming house music and has DJs in the rear brazier heated patio. Early doors sees all the usual popular cocktail offers draw in the thirsty hordes to a venue with a speakeasy vibe due to its obscure location. This used to be a dressy haunt, but Sadler Gate now attracts a young, boisterous, party crowd who want loud chart dance and cheap drinks.
