Metro Bar has had a complete overhaul and name change to create a stylish drinking and dining venue that offers a selection of good food, a range of premium beers, spirits, cocktails and wine. The attractive new decor - of subdued blues with ornate coveing detailing in white and an attractive cutaway ceiling for daylight, pine bar, floor, furniture and funky dance music gently playing in the background - encourages a younger, sportier looking crowd than the previous real-ale aficionados. Now at the weekends it's open until 01:00hrs for those who want to relax with that late lounge vibe.
