Twinned with the Friary Hotel, Club Friary is the (student) club venue of the complex boasting a varied rota of events including bands, salsa classes and a nu-metal night, though the weekend staple is dance classics. The decor boasts the same florid colour scheme and indestructible furniture as the pub venue, in a sizeable square room with a DJ booth, small stage area and giant screen that gets lowered for sporting events. This latter feature has made Club Friary a dual purpose haunt and major attraction that opens in daytime for major football fixtures.
