The Buck Inn is predominantly a locals pub although it does have a very friendly atmosphere and the locals are receptive to new faces. This is a drinker's pub, selling a wide range of good quality, reasonably priced real ales; if these are your thing then the Buck Inn is well worth a visit. Customers are generally men over the age of 30, who enjoy a good drink and a good chat. While the decor in the Buck Inn leaves a bit to be desired, this doesn't seem to deter their customers.
