BAR RATING & SUMMARY

Olivers Bar is a basement bar set within the pedestrianised retail area with the market grounds opposite. It has two entrances and is run as a meeting place for those wanting to escape the noise of Old Street. A fairly tidy, but unremarkable new look has been given to the decor although the bank of booth seats are quite comfy. Happily, this is a spacious environment despite being set underground. Pool teams, football fans and the young crowd that find the rest of Old Street intimidating are the core types to be found.
