Beer Finder Terms and Conditions

1. Contact details (AMENDING CLAUSE 1 OF THE MAIN TERMS)

2. Trade customers (SUPPLEMENTING CLAUSES 8 AND 14 OF THE MAIN TERMS)

Trade users will have limited rights to amend the details (including text, photographs and other images) relating to their own particular outlet (and may allow their user id and password to be used by any member of their staff to make those amendments) provided that:

(a) ownership of amendments.

(i) the trade user owns or has obtained an adequate licence from the owner of the intellectual property rights in any logos, photographs and other images which permits them to be lawfully displayed on this website;

(ii) all intellectual property rights in the amendments (other than logos, photographs and other images) will vest in Coors absolutely (by way of a present assignment of future rights) who may use, licence or transfer such rights as it sees fit in its absolute discretion, any moral rights in the amendments are waived / not asserted and that the registered trade customer does and ensures that its staff do all that is necessary to ensure that this happens;

(b) comments on other outlets. The amendments do not comment on other outlets or other trade customers whether favourably or unfavourably; and

(c) accuracy. The amendments do not claim or infer that the outlet has facilities or policies it does not in fact have and that the amendments are accurate.

3. Consumers (SUPPLEMENTING CLAUSE 8 AND 14 OF THE MAIN TERMS)

Consumers will have limited rights to add or amend content on outlets provided that:

(a) ownership of amendments.

(i) the consumer user owns or has obtained an adequate licence from the owner of the intellectual property rights in any logos, photographs and other images which permits them to be lawfully displayed on this website;

(ii) all intellectual property rights in the amendments (other than logos, photographs and other images) will vest in Coors absolutely (by way of a present assignment of future rights) who may use, licence or transfer such rights as it sees fit in its absolute discretion and that any moral rights in the amendments are waived / not asserted; and

(b) accuracy. The amendments do not claim or infer that the outlet has facilities or policies it does not in fact have and that the amendments are reasonably believed by the person adding / amending content to be fair comment and accurate.

4. Unacceptable content (SUPPLEMENTING CLAUSE 12 OF THE MAIN TERMS)

Coors reserves the right to remove any content provided by trade customers, consumers or other website users if it believes such content to be in breach of Coors' terms and conditions or a violation of applicable law.

5. Service transfer (NEW PROVISION)

Coors reserves the right to transfer this website service together with any information (including trade customer and consumer details and content) to any other legal entity in its absolute discretion and without requiring consent.
